Hong Kong Trail Sections 7 & 8
The Hong Kong Trail is a 50 kilometer hiking trail that runs through the heart of Hong Kong’s country parks and forests, showcasing the natural beauty of the region.
Section seven is a long flat catch water that takes you above Tai Tam Bay as you slowly make your way over to To Tei Wan before starting arguably the best section to finish.
Section eight takes you over the Dragon’s Back ridge with stunning views on both sides before a final descent down to Big Wave Bay.

DIRECTIONS
Get to the start: Take bus number 14 from Chai Wan or Stanley and get off at Tai Tam Reservoir North Stop.
Get home: From Big Wave Bay there are taxis and a mini bus that will bring you to the MTR at Shau Kai Wan. You can also walk to the main road and pick up bus number 9.
