High Junk Peak

Many rate the Dragon’s Back the best in this class for Hong Kong but we believe this hike outdoes it both for the views and the general interest along the way.

Ap Lei Pai

A classic coasteering route, with magnificent views, lots of adventure and a chance for a cool dip. This is the shortest hike on our list but by no means the least dramatic.

Pat Sin Leng

A strenuous 11-kilometre hike with eight hills to climb and plenty to see. Pat Sin Leng gets its name from eight well known figures from Chinese mythology.

Tai Mo Shan

This walk has a good mix of reservoir, forest and mountain as it combines sections from the Wilson and MacLehose trails to wind its way up to the peak before a sharp drop back down to Route Twisk.

Crossing Hong Kong Island

Four peaks, lots of steps and an amazing 360 panorama. Starting on Stanley Gap Road, just above Stanley this 13-kilometre walk first takes you up and over The Twins.
