Bowen Road

Bowen Road is a reasonably flat concrete road with great views over Victoria Harbour and beyond. This route includes one little steep climb up to Lovers Rock where you’ll find a view of Victoria Harbour before heading ending the walk along an old historical lane in the old Dutch quarter.

Tsing Yi

A small island with mighty hill and views to surprise you. It begins with an easy start up along steps and onto the main 330-meter climb along a sharp ascent. Along the climb are ever evolving views of the port, some bushwhacking and at the top, a 360 panorama.

Braemer Hill

At 4.5 kilometers and with an elevation of just over 150m all together, we rank this walk as one of our easier ones, but expect to find the main climb at the very start as you head up for spectacular viewpoints at Sir Cecil’s Ride Viewing Point. From here there is a panoramic view across the harbor over to Kowloon.

Lion Rock

At 495 meters, Lion Rock is around half the height of Tai Mo Shan but will present you with some of steepest ascents in this series of walks. You’ll walk up a mountain of steps, enjoy breathers along flat sections, take in old WW II sites then scramble to the top for some kingsized views and city panorama with wow factor.

The Peak

This is a familiar route with a twist that takes in two Peak views and up 160 meters of elevation. The first part takes you from The Peak Galleria along Harlegh Road’s Morning Trail, then off piste for a rougher climb up to High West with a panoramic view over the West Lamma Channel and Kowloon. The second part will have you heading down to Lugard Road to take in Hong Kong’s most popular view of the city at sunset.
