This 20-km trail in Sai Kung is full of surprises. Starting in Pak Tam Chung it starts with a climb up and over the Yung Pak Corridor passing the MacLehose Trail and down to the village of Yung Shue O. Here you join the coast for a flat section along the Tolo Harbour ending at the enchanting village of Sam Chung. 

From here you start the second climb passing the haunted deserted primary school and up and over Nam Shan Tung where you join a path down to the Hoi Ha Road. Follow the road down to Hoi Ha, a lovely beach with some of the best snorkeling in Hong Kong. The final stretch is a bit of a bushwhack following a ribboned trail cutting off the headland and down to Long Harbour, which you follow round to the finish at Tai Tan.
